Lets get dogfooding

I’ve tried to start writing software I actually use, dogfooding. I’ve realized over the years that I spend 8 hours a day writing programs for other people - software I never use and never can appreciate. I want to change that. So far I’ve got:

  • tinypoint
    • A super basic presentation software, supporting images, text. Using a markdown-like text file.
  • tinygram - live instance linked above as *gram
    • A HTMX+Go instagram replacement for personal photos. Single user login, sqlite for storage.

It may be a bit wierd, but I actually feel a bit like eating a home cooked meal using those. If something is broken or needs adding I fix it whenever I have time. And that next time I enjoy it a bit more, like getting better at cooking.
